    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Dermaine was my salesman. He was pretty good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems so far. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t go over the top.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car in for the stering rack. The service was completed in about 2 days. The service was under warranty, and I was given paperwork. The staff were fine, they fixed everything correctly. I`m not having problems with my vehicle today.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Dwight, and I was approve the same day. My vehicle was nice when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the purcase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Felicia was my salesperson and she was great. The car is doing ok now, I need to set an appointment for them to fix my arm rest that was broken when I got the car. The arm rest was the only problem with the car when I got it. The staff there was great and was able to get me approved the same day. Overall, my experience with JD Byrider has been positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Felicia worked with me and she was nice. The vehicle was clean when I bought it but it is pulling to the left and right when I go up hills. The lady told me to put oil in it and I don`t understand why they can`t do it. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to the car having problems and it not being fixed.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my exprience was positive. My sales person was London, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in pretty good shape when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Varius. The customer service I received was great. The vehicle was neat and clean when I received it. My check engine light has been coming on. It took more than 8 hours for me to be approved that day. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was a heavy set black gentleman who sat against the back window. I would rate his customer service 10 out of 10. The vehicle was clean and neat except for a dent on the drivers side door. I don`t ahve any problems with the vehicle. It took about 1 1/2 hours for me to be approved. My overall experiece would be neutral only because according to blue book I overpaid for the vehicle by a couple thousand dollars.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Merry, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was alright when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. Merry did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. Felicia was the salesperson and I couldn`t have asked for a better person to work with. She was really great. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was not approved the first day because I felt sick. I have not had any problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Silverado. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Kelly and a blond girl and they both did a very good job with everything. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved first day. I am having a mirror problem. It looks like they put cardboard in it to make it work.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I worked with ERon and he was just fine while I got my vehicle. It was in good condition and clean when I drove it off the lot and I was approved that same day. There have been no problems with my car since I took it off the lot. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Isuzu Trooper. Overall my experience was negative, because my swapped vehicle is in the shop already. My sales person was Mary, and I was approved the same day. My eninge light came on, My Isuz is in the shop right now, because the low speed light has come on. My engine light is on too. I switched out the van that I bought from Mary, because I did not like that vehicle. Now I drive the Isuzu.

    I own a 2004 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was overheating, so I had service on my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service.
