    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, to have a wheel bearing replaced, and also because the oil drain plug was stripped. Nothing was done to the wheel bearing this time. I left the car at the shop for a weekend. I paid five dollars for the oil change, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, but I still need to have the wheel bearing replaced. My salesperson told me that I was going to get a gas card, but I haven`t gotten it yet.

    I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in because it would not start, they had it fixed over the weekend. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was good and the only current problem with the car is the check engine light is on. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Nissan Sentra. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle an oil change, and it lasted for about 20 mintues. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my oil change.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a older woman, with blonde hair, and she provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved about 30 days later. Currently, the turn signals are not working properly.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and dropped it off. It was ready in the morning and was also covered under warranty. I got a receipt and the staff did a fine job working with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since the oil change.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for an oil change. I dropped the van off at the shop, and the work was done on the same day. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me alright. The button for the rear hatch doesn`t work.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took an hour to an hour and a half. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were nice. Now my car is leaking a lot of oil. We have an appointment tomorrow for that. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center to have a new control knob ordered, which was done in about five or ten minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the part, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was very nice to me, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me good and Debbie was great for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is having some problems. I have no take it in to get fixed next week.

    I own a 2004 KIA Spectra. My car was in for the mirrors power was not working and the check engine light was on. They had my car for about half of day. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. They did not fix the motor for the window. The employees were nice, I really like Mike. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in because it wouldn`t start. It took 5 days to fix. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff are always friendly and great. A few days after I got it back, my headlight went out and a service light came on for that. It freaked me out. Once that got fixed everything was fine. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I bought my car from Lauren, and he was great. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time. The car is running real good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. Collette was my salesperson. She was awesome, awesome, awesome. She helped me out so much. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. It was perfect. I am not having any problems now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was very positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was negative because I have had so much trouble with this car. I have went through so much trouble just to get this car fixed. It is only negative because of Hamilton RD but Morse RD made things alot better. I took my car into the shop because it would not go in reverse. They had my car back to me that next day and the staff members treated me great while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is in the shop getting a few things fixed.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought it in for the ignition. I was there for 3 days and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there is helpfull. The experience was positive.
