    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in a long time ago to have the fuel filter changed. It took 4 days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems, the staff, and because of everything.

    I own a 2004 Dodge CALIBER. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was an older white, shorter male. He treated me well. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car right now, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It did take a while but there were people ahead of me. Therefore my oil change was free. I did receive paperwork. The staff is great..I love it. Deb is great. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. I brought my vehicle in to get the sensors changed out because it was riding rough and it took an hour. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did a great job with me. The check engine light came on recently and it still rides a bit rough. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 SATURN LS1. James was the salesperson that worked with me and he did a good job. The vehicle was not in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. Right when I got off of the lot the turn signal wasn`t working and the transmission is having problems now too. Overall my experience was positive but I wish I never went through with the deal.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was neutral because I am still having the same problems with my car. They had my car that long and they didnt even fix the car. I took my car into the shop because I needed a new oxygen sensor, my ABS light was on and so was my tracking light. My car was in the shop for about three days and the staff members were fine for me. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is still having the same problems. I need to take it in again.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac GRAND AM G. I brought my car in for an oil change and it did not take very long. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was very good and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was negative, because my vehicle was in the shop six times fo the same problem. My security system was acting up, so I had service. My vehicle would not start on me dure to the security system. My vehicle was in the shop for about seven days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The staff could not fix my vehicle, and they have worked on it about five times berfore this service. I had to pay for the towing in the past, but this time the service department paid for it. I missed work, and I had to bum a ride th whole time. Finally, the staff sent my vehicle to another dealership to get fixed. The other dealership has fixed my vehicle, and I have not had a problem since.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, when I took it in today there was something wrong with the brakes. Sandy was my salesperson and he was good overall. I was approved for my vehicle the same day.

    I own a 1999 Chrysler 300M. My salesperson was Sean and he was wonderful. The car was in good condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently the car starts shaking when I come to a stop so I need to bring it in to have that checked out. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center because there was a flutter, it hesitated, the stearing wheel needed to be aligned, and the brakes had to be replaced. I got the car back that day. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but I didnt get anything back. They took care of all the problems so I dont have any now. The staff treated me wonderful. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was Tom Yoder. His customer service was at 1000%. The car was clean and in good condition. I have no major problems. It took less than 1 hour for me to be approved. I have already referred 3 people and look forward to purchasing my next one thru them. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because it was making a strange noise, I think that the problem had something to do with the brakes. The work was done in about two hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was nice to me, and my car is running alright now.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Malibu. My sales person was MaX. I was there for about 6 hours and the car was not in good condition. There are a few nicks and dings, and on the passenger side the holder for the lock or the window is coming out. I have already talked to them about it. Max was not very good. He told me they would make an extra key, and when I called a week later he said that they hadn`t made it yet. I told him I would be there tomorrow to get it, and he said that was fine cause it would only take a few minutes. When I got there the service department was closed, and he had not told me they would be closed. He also didn`t know that he had to have the car to make the key. I was upset that I had to waste the gas to go all the way up there to get it, and finally after 3 times I got what I needed. The experience was negative because of Max, the key situation, and also because the girl who called me was trying to tell me they needed more I.D., but I had already given them all the I.D they had asked for, but then the bank decided it wasn`t good enough. I also found out that the money I gave to them the night I got the car didn`t post until a week later. I felt like all I was getting was excuses for what they weren`t doing right.
