 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was negative, becuase I think that I got a raw deal at the service department. I brought my vehicle in previously for the same problem, and the staff told me it was nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Then later, the same problem happens again, and the staff knows it. Then the staff tells me that this problem is all my fault, and I did not appreciate that. My vehicle needed a new block, and my vehicle was in the shop for about five days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was so so, but temp guage is about 50 percent higher than normal.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a tune-up and an oil change. It took about 30 minutes--not very long at all. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was excellent. There are no problems with the car as of now.

 | I own a 2006 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about ten minutes. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, but I dont remember if I got a receipt for the service or not. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done and they needed to put a new heat cover on. They had my car in the shop for about one hour and the staff members treated me good while I was there. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running alright for me.

 | I own a 2000 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Angela, she provided good customer service, and I loved her. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experience was positive. My back glass was jammed, and my vehicle was running hot. The staff told me that I needed a new water pump, and my vehicle was in the shop for about two days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received papework. The customer service was wonderful. My service engine soon light is on now.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. My front end was shaking, I needed a oil change, and my front locks were not working at the time. I picked up my vehicle later the same day, and my vehicle was under warranty. I received paperwork, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff did a good job during my service visit.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Ranger. My overall experience was positive. I took my truck in for an oil change. It took less than a half hour. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork. The staff was great--I have never had any problems at this shop, they are really nice. There are no problems with the truck at all.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took less than an hour to get the vehicle back. I paid $5 and got a receipt. The staff are always awesome. I had to get all 4 tires changed out and I also had to have the battery replaced recently. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, my brakes are scrubbing now and also making noise. Also I was told that the payment would be one thing, and they came back and said another thing. The staff overall was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the serivce of my vehicle.
