    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for an oil change. It didn`t take long. They are always good at getting everyone out in a timely manner. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff are always polite. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. Eron was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in great condition when I received it. It didnt take long at all for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I need to have the inside lights looked at now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my expeience was negative, because my check engine light is back on. My check engine light was on, and it has been serviced on for about six times so far. My vehicle was in the shop for about eight hours. The cusotmer service was average, and my engine light is back on again. I wish the staff would get my engine light to stay off, because I am tired of having it serviced.

    I own a 1999 Lincoln Continenta. My salesperson was Darius and his customer service was perfect. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently the car is not having any problems. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Ram. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Matt. I was approved the same day. My vehicle was good, and real clean when I bought it. I currently do not have any problems with vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the purcahse of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in because it wouldn`t start. I had just put gas in but they said I had run out. While it was in the shop they replaced the wheel bearing. It took a couple of days. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I love them. This is my second car from there. Karen works well with me whenever I have a problem. I am not having any problems now. When I get this car paid off I plan to buy another one from JD Byrider. Overall, my experience was very positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. My experience was negative because I thought that I was going to purchase the car with a $100 down payment, but it ended up costing more. I took my car to the service center for a catalytic convertor. I dropped the car off at the shop, and the work was done in one day. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. I didn`t have any problems with the service staff. The coolant light is on now.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about an hour. I paid five dollars for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My car was in the shop for something electrical he said. I don`t know what it was. It was there all day only because I couldn`t pick it up. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems with it now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Sean and he had real good customer service. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently it seems to be pulling a little to the left. I was not approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was not starting, and I had to bang on it to get it working. The service department initially said that my starter was fine, but when I stopped working the next day. They staff towed my vehicle up to the dealership, so they can fix the starter with no expense to me. My vehicle was in the shop over night. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 25 minutes to complete. My service bill was fair, and the customer service was okay during my service visit. My vehicle was under warranty, and I receive paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was over heating, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for a few hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received papework. The cusotmer service was great, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle right now.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought my car into the shop I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done fast for me and the staff members treated me fantastic while I was there. My car was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fantastic for me with no problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Angela, and she was really friendly and nice. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, but a speaker was blown. I was approved the same day, and there are no other problems with the vehicle.
