 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My salesperson was Derious. His customer service was great. The car was in good running and condition and clean when I purchased it. It runs great. The car is currently having no problems. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. The staff members treated alright while I was there and they had my car done fast for me. I had to pay for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was fair for me. Today my car is running fine for me.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I brought it in for an oil chang etha ttook about 15 or 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was nice and courteous as always. I had the best service with them. The experience was positive.

I currently do not have any problems wiht my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my time at the service department.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Dodge Neon. My salesperson was J.D , and he was good. I was approved for the car that day. The car wasnt in to good of condition when I bought it. I told them there was something wrong with it. The car is in the shop now because the motor mount was shot. Overall my experience was neutral because the problems with the car now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. My experience was neutral because I am still having the same problem with the car. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, and also because it was jerking. The work was done in about five or six hours. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, but the car is still jerking.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

My experience was neutral because the service staff wanted me to pay for the work, even though they`ve had to fix the same problem before. I took my car to the service center to have the rear power window fixed. The work was done within one morning. I had to argue about paying for the work, but in the end I wasn`t charged for it. I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff was pretty good to me. My car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2001 MAZDA 626. Tony was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in excellent condition when I received it. It took a few differrent days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would raet this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was neutral, because the staff could not fix my vehicle the same day. I had an oil change, my screetching, and my tranmission was missing when it shifts. The staff told me that they would need to keep my vehicle all days, but I could not let them do that. I stil have to take my vehicle back in the shop, so they can have it complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I took the car to the service center because it was rattling. It turned out someone didnt screw something back in. I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I think I got something back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me very well. They are real nice there. Overall my experience was positive.

I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I am not sure if they gave me anything back. I have to get the car back in because I am having the same problem. I got into it with the staff at first but its alright. Overall my experience was neutral because the car is still having the same problem.
