    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My sales was a man who sat at the second desk. I was there for about 6 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. The roof was all dented in and they said I can bring it in to have it fixed, but I will have to pay for it. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for some tire work, and it took only a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I believe that I received paperwork with the service. The staff there has treated me good so far, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Escar sold me the car. The car was in good condition. The trunk button doesn`t work and I don`t have a hood stand. The process wasn`t very long. I did it over two nights. It was pretty quick and pleasant. The staff was good. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Jason and he was wonderful. The car was pulling to the right when I first got it, and I have brought the car in 2 times and the problem is still not fixed. The car has the same problem but that is the only problem. It took about 30 minutes to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because there was some water in the tail light and they had it done in less than 5 minutes. It was covered under warranty but I did not receive a receipt. The service there was very friendly but there is a clicking noise coming from the engine when I drive it. Overall my experience was negative because they told me the clicking is not under warranty even though they sold me the car like that.

    I own a 2004 KIA Spectra. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues with the car now. JT was my salesperson and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Charles sold me the car. The car was in good condition. They put need arms on the back end and I was driving when the tire fell off. It was just a nut that wasn`t tighten or put on. It wasn`t a huge issues but it could`ve been very bad if I was travelling at a high rate of speed. The car is doing good now that it was worked on. The process took about three hours. The staff was very friendly. My experience was very positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Crown Vict. My salesperson was David and he was great, very imformative about the car, and told me the pros and cons of the car. The car was in good condition when I got it, besides a few scratches and dings. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 4-5 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral becuase I think it could have gone a lot faster.
