 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center because the brakes were squeaking, and the work was done within a few hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was wonderful. The engine is making a strange noise, and the stripping on my door is loose.

 | I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in because there was a hole in the radiator, they replaced the anti freeze hose, and did my brakes. It took a day. They did the brakes for free because they said it was a factory defect. The radiator was not under warranty but I most definitely felt the price was fair. It probably would have been more if I had gone anywhere else. I got paperwork. The staff are always nice. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was very positive.

It was not under warranty but I felt the price was very fair. It was beautiful. I got paperwork. The staff were wonderful. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car was totaled in an accident.

The car was in pretty good condition when I bought it but I had to have some work done. When I go to start the car in the morning you can hear the belts. Overall my experience was neutral, just because.
