 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. Robin sold me the car. The car was in fair condition. I did look under the sign on the front of the car and I don`t know if there is anything under the sign where the license plate goes. The was a scratch under the bumper as well. The process took about an hour and a half to two hours. The staff was really nice. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was Jason and he was good. The car was in good condition when I got it. My key would not open the door, the center console broke when I opened it and the engine does not sound right or as smooth as it did when I bought the car. It didn`t take long at all to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because I`ve only had the car for 2 weeks and I am already having many problems with it.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. The one problem I had they took care of. My salesperson was MJ, and he was excellent.

There are no problems with the car now. It did not take long at all to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the service engine light was on, and they also had to replace a headlight. The work was done within a couple of hours. I had to pay for the headlight, and the price wasn`t the best. I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff was pretty good to me, but the service engine light is back on.

Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is still on, and the speakers are blown.

I dropped the truck off at the shop, and the work was done in one day. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my truck is running alright now.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought my car in to have the tire looked at. THey said it would take 30 minutes but ended up taking 2 hours. My husband was late to work and almost got fired. It was under warranty but I had to pay 20 dollars for them to work on it. I got paperwork. The staff were really nice and friendly but I would never buy another car from them. Now my brakes are squeaky and they are telling me there is nothing wrong with them now. Overall, my experience was negative because of the brakes.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Jeremy was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in bad shape when I received it. It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the the transmission needs to be replaced now. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience negative because they sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Jeremy was the salesperson that helped me purchase my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in pretty good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
