 | I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. My sales person was Jacob. I was there for 3 or 4 hours, but I had also gone in prior to that to do paperwork. The car was in good condition when I got it and there have been no problems at all. The staff was very helpfull, especially Mike the GM, he was awesome. The experience was deffinatley positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and the car wouldn`t start. It was all fixed in about a day. I paid a fair price and received a receipt. The service there was wonderful and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

I had to pay for the repair but I think the price was reasonable. I think my wife received the paperwork because she picked it up. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The staff was good. My overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My experience was neutral because I am still having the same problem with the car. I took my car to the service center because the heater wasn`t working, and they also had to replace a ball joint. The work was done within about five days. I had to pay for the labor, and I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff was good to me, but the heater still isn`t working properly. The pulley is squealing as well.

The back windows do not roll down, and the air conditioner blows only hot air. It took about 2 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. My experience was neutral because I feel like the work took too long. I took my car to the service center because there was something loose in the right rear of the car, I think that it had something to do with the shocks. I got to the service center at about 9,30am, and the work wasn`t done until about 3pm. I paid about $26 for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. I didn`t have any problems with the service staff, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I took my car in because the starter went out. I took the car in at 8,00 am and didn`t get it back until 3,00 pm. It was covered under warranty and I did receive papaerwork. Right now my ari conditioner is making a weird noise. He said it was the motor not the air compressor and that it wasn`t covered under warranty. The staff was pretty good. My overall experience was positive.

When I start the car, the eninge makes a loud, rumbling noise and the brakes are squeaking. It took a few hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.
