 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and something else I cant remember, it took a couple of hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no probelms now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. My salesperson was white male in his early 50`s that had been there for 3 months and he was very good. The car was in good condition when I got it. My brakes are squeaking a little bit and there is a grinding sound when I put the car into gear. It didn`t take long at all to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Charlie sold me the car. The car was in pretty good conditioin. The tail gate cylinders are bad or need to be fixed. The door sound like metal on metal. The transmission fluid is low. Screw missing from sun visor. The process took a little more than an hour. The staff was great especially Angie. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center for an oil change, and also because the door ajar light was on. The work was done within a couple of days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great, and my truck is running alright now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in because the heater was not working and to get an oil change. It was in the shop for about 2 days. I paid a fair price but I never received a receipt. The service there was just alright and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I feel the service could have been better.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in for an oil change and they said there was a part that needed to be replaced. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork. The staff were good. That repair still needs to be done but he could not promise it would be done in a day or two and we couldn`t leave it. He said it was not critical but needed to be done soon. Other than the brakes squealing there are no problems. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and everything from the beginning.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought it in for a relay in the hazard light switch. It was there for 15 minutes and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was excellent and the experience was positive.

The car was in good condition when I got it, but there was some rattling noise and I had to replaced the air filter. The car needs a tune-up and it took 8 times to start my car today. It took just a few minutes to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because of all the problems with the car so quickly.

The check engine light is still on but that is the only problem. It took about 2 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.
