    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Renaldo was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for the pc valve, and an oil change. It was there for the day and the service was covered other than my oil change. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 SATURN LS. I brought my car in for the o2 sensor and the fuel pump. It was sucking gas like crazy and my RPMs would shoot up. It didn`t take too long. I actually came in unexpectedly and they had to order the part and it was done within an hour. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were awesome. I am not having any problems other than the lighter doesn`t work. It`s a security issue because I can`t charge my phone. I am going to give them a call. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 SATURN L200. I brought my car in for a head gasket. I dropped it off Thursday and picked it up on Monday. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. There were no complaints with the staff. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in for the brakes and an oil change. It was done the same day. The brakes were under warranty. I felt the price was fair for the oil change.     I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Mr. Hall and he was good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The paneling on the right side falls down when the door closes, the thermometer is not working and the brakes are squeaking. I was approved same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. I brought my car in to get the brakes checked out and it took 5 hours. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was great and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I had to wait 5 hours in the lobby for them to fix my car.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, I have brought it already in once so they could install a sensor for the fuel gauge, but it is not reading correctly again. JT was my salesperson and he was great. I was approved for my car the smae day.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My salesperson that helped me sat in the third cubicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took one day for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. My salesperson was a hispanic male and he was nice and really good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about an hour or 2 to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the low oil light was on. The work was done within a couple of hours. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. The car is pulling to the right, and the left rear tire is shaking.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was neutral because I feel like the work was too expensive. I took my car to the service center for a fuel pump. The work was done in about a half of a day. I have to make payments for the work, and I think that the cost for it is too high. I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff treated me just fine. The water pump is leaking now.
