    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was London, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the drivers window seems to be off track.

    I own a 2003 Ford Escort. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. There were some people ahead of me and it took 30 minutes. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Montana. My experience was neutral because I feel like I paid too much for the van. I took my van to the service center to have a shaft in the front end replaced. The work was done in about a week. I paid for the work, the price was about the same as anywhere else. I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff was good to me, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought my car in to get a sensor fixed and it took about 4 hours. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was pretty good and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. My sales person was Pete. I was there for 8 hours and the van was in good condition when I got it. I had to have a couple things fixed, and I am still waiting on the door to be fixed now. The staff there was good, it just took a long time. The experience was neutral because of the time it took, and also because it took them a long time to get the car fixed as well.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Tony was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Mike, and he was good. My vehicle was semi-clean when I bought it, and in good running conditions. There are no problems so far. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 15 minutes like usual. It was under warranty. I got both paperwork and a reciept. The staff were ok. I am having problems but they have already been told before. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the fuel injector was leaking, they fixed it the same day I brought it in. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was good and the only current problem with the car is the heat does not work properly. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Wingler was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in ok shape when I received it. It too an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was David and his customer service was good. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently I need to bring it in because I need a new gas cap, my inside light is not working, and the speaker on the right side is not working. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. I bought my car from Jen, and he was very good. He did a lot to get me in a car. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but the head lights didnt work when I test drove it. There is also some little minor things but they have been quick to fix them. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for vibration in the tire, an oil change, and a wheel barring. It took a day to fix. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff is awesome. I love Steve and Deb. I even bake them cookies. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for the engine, the brakes, and some other things that I don`t remember. It was there for a week and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There is a binging noise that I don`t know what it is. I have already talked to them about it. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.
