    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get some brake work done to it. My car was in the shop for about two days and the staff members treated me good there. I had to pay for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was fair for me. Today my car is running fine for me.

    I own a 2002 GMC Safari. Jason was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took three or four hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has issues with the front tires now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Sean and he was excellent. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. It is currently having no problems. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. I worked with all the sales people. I was there from 11 until 4. The car was in good condition when I got it. I am going back tomorrow because when I got to stop there is a knocking noise. There is a problem with the battery too I think. The staff was great and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car that day but I was there all day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but I have to get it to the service center to have the heater checked. Also I want to see why the car shakes when it gets up to 60 mph. My salesperson was Lauren, and he was real nice. He was helping James for the day.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for a tune up. It took a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems with my car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. My sales person was Jake. Everything was done within the day, I just had to pick the car up on another day. The car was clean when I got it and there have been no problems at all. The staff, Jake and the finance lady were excellent. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Marty was the salesperson that helped me select my select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was nice, and overall I would rate this experince neutral because I am still waiting on my vehicle to be fixed from when I received it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was neutral due to a water leaking inside of my vehicle still eventhough they thought they fixed it. The staff overall was good. I was approved for my car the same day. But my vehicle was clean inside when I first got it.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was wonderfull. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me great while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car needs some work done to it. I am going to take it in soon to get fixed.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Shanell, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. Shanell did a great job during my purchase.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My sales person was Randy. I was there for about 6 or 7 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was fine. The experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in for the same thing I have brought it in before. You have to crank it a number of times before it actually starts. It was in the shop for two days. It was not under warranty and I guess the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am still having the same problem. Overall, my experience was negative because the problem has not been fixed. My service was terrible.
